Accuracy of Visualisations: 3D renders and visualisations are artistic representations designed to convey spatial layouts, light, and aesthetic concepts. Final physical builds are subject to detailed structural engineering and site construction conditions.

Specialist Consultants: Fees for third-party specialist consultants (including structural engineers, land surveyors, or ecology reports) are billed separately by those independent professionals. We manage and coordinate these submissions on your behalf as part of our client service.
5. Limitation of Liability
